Original link: Journalist booted from X after publishing hacked Vance document / The Hill.
Ones first thougth is: information about a VP candidate is certainly relevant for the public and Musk claims to be for free speech.
But then one read the details:
... An X spokesperson said in a statement that the journalist’s account was suspended for posting “unredacted private personal information” about Vance. ... “Ken Klippenstein was temporarily suspended for violating our rules on posting unredacted private personal information, specifically Sen. Vance’s physical addresses and the majority of his Social Security number,” the spokesperson said. ...
And then it makes perfectly sense. Publishing politicians private addresses (in this case the VP candidate for a P candidate that has had two recent assasination attacks!) and part of his SSN is not covered by right to free speech.
