US banks still got huge unrealized losses looming

Many US banks got huge unrealized losses on bond values dropping when interest rates went up.

But it is not critical unless the bank actually needs to sell those bonds.

And when interest rates start droping, then so will these unealized losses.

So the problem is expected to solve itself over the next coupel of years.
