UK supreme court refuse to take up IS brides loss of citizenship

She travelled to Syria to join IS in 2015.

The UK revoked her citizenship in 2019.

That decision will not be taken up by the supreme court.

Her lawyers will appeal to the European Court of Human Rights.

The legal case depends a lot on whether she still has her Bangladesh citizenship or not (the UK can not revoke her citizenship if she does not have and cannot get citizenship in another country.

From a moral perspective then I think she made her choice when joining IS. She joined an organization that is estimated to have killed 33000 people in terroist attacks. And now she is sitting in a prison camp in a country where many of those kllings took place. That does not scream injustice to me.
