Murders happen all the time. But a carefully planned assasination of a CEO (not a politician, not a CEO of a company doing business in a high profile controversial market) is unusal.
My guess is that very few outside the US has even heard of UHC even though it is a pretty big company (the group which is more than the UHC company has revenue 370 B$, profit 23 B$ and 440000 employees) and that even inside the US very few could name its CEO (and not the group CEO either).
