When the presidents family leave the country, then there is a high probability that the regime will fall.
Assad is more or less alone. Russia is busy in Ukraine. Iram and its allies (Hezbollah, Hamas, Houthi) are busy with Israel.
But note that it is not a given that Syria will be better off if Assads regime is replaced with the rebels. Assad is a brutal dictator, but the rebels are led by people once close to Al Qaeda. See CNN.
