Supreme court on presidential immunity

If I read the various texts correct then the decision by 6-3 vote is that:

official acts - exercise of core constitutional powers => immunity must be absolute
official acts - within the outer perimeter of official responsibility => at least a presumptive immunity
unofficial acts => no immunity

Which I guess makes sense with a sufficient narrow definition of "official act".

For a presidential order/request to be an "official act" then I would expect it to be:

But I doubt that the definition will be that specific when applied.
