CO2 emission by country/region

It shows what everybody *should* already know:

• CO2 emission in the west is a small part of the worlds CO2 emission - and it is decreasing
• CO2 emission from the rest of the world is the vast majority of the worlds CO2 emission - and it is increasing

It seems rather obvious which countries need to do something to reduce CO2 emission.
