Summary:
- Java, Python and JavaScript are the top 3 languages [no surprise]
- Java usage is stable over time [should not be a surprise]
- Java countries are 1. China, 2. India, 3. USA [that surprises me - I had expected India, USA, China]
- Java developers are young (51% in their 20s and 25% in their 30s) [that surprises me - I had expected more older developers that started with Java in the early 00's]
- Java developers are well educated (1% doctor, 16% master, 54% bachelor, 18% associate or college dropout, 10% other) [probbaly not surprising - in many countries most developers have a bachelor or higher]
- Java is the most used language in education (Python is #2 and C is #3) [a little bit surprising - I had thougth Python was closer]
OK.
