Paying millions for a unique album that is not unique

Original link: Turns out Martin Shkreli copied his $2M Wu-Tang album—and sent it to “50 different chicks” / ArsTechnica.

So Martin Shkreli paid 2 M$ for an album that only existed in one copy. The US government took it. PleasrDAO bougth it for 4.75 M$. And it turns out that Martin Shkreli has made copies, given it to lady friends, play it on YouTube etc.. And I don't see the court ever being able to get their hands on all copies. It is on the internet and nothing can remove all copies.
