NICE is a formatting program for PASCAL source-code. It makes
indentation and other kinds of formatting.

NICE is programmed by Arne Vajhøj (mail-address: ARNE@KO.HHS.DK, previous
mail-address: ISIS08@ECOSTAT.AAU.DK) august 1990 - december 1991 (version 1.x)
and july 1994 - december 1996 (version 2.x).

NICE is free software. You may freely use it, modify it and redistribute
it. Please let the authors name remain in the source-code. Note that the
NICE_*.C files contains code generated from BISON and are therefore
covered by the GNU license.

NICE comes without any warranty. Use it at your own risk. If you find
any bugs, then please mail them to the author. If I have time, then
I will try to fix them. Any suggestions to improvements or actual
bugfixes will also be considered for implementation.

I would expect the program to compile with any decent C compiler.
