US on Russia

There has been serious concerns about the US willingness to defend Europe aginst Russia. The messages from the Trump administration the first half year has been relative soft towards Russia. With some overall messages that: it is possible to talk to Putin and that the Ukraine war could be ended via a compromise.

But it looks like the tome is getting harder towards Russia this month.

Violating the airspace of a U.S. ally, “intentionally or otherwise,” showed
“immense disrespect for good-faith U.S. efforts to bring an end to this conflict,”

“The United States stands by our NATO allies in the face of these alarming airspace violations,”
...
“And rest assured, we will defend every inch of NATO territory.”

"Do you think that NATO countries should shoot down Russian aircraft if they

“Ukraine, with the support of the European Union, is in a position to fight and
WIN all of Ukraine back in its original form.”

“With time, patience, and the financial support of Europe and, in particular, NATO,
the original Borders from where this War started, is very much an option. Why not?”

“Ukraine would be able to take back their Country in its original form and, who
knows, maybe even go further than that! Putin and Russia are in BIG Economic
trouble, and this is the time for Ukraine to act.” 

Bad news for Putin!
