Russian demands to Ukraine

Original link: Putin’s uncompromising demands emerge after the latest round of Russia-Ukraine peace talks / AP.
Their demands are:
- 5 areas of Ukraine (more territorie than what the russians currently control)
- Ukraine either immediate withdraw from the parts still under Ukraine control *or* Ukraine stop accepting all western help
- no NATO membership for Ukraine
- no western troops in Ukraine
- limits on size of Ukraine military
- Russian as an official language in Ukraine
- prohibit nationalist [anti-russian groups I presume] groups
If Ukraine accept that, then the next Russian attack would be a lot easier.
I see similarities to Czechoslovakia. In 1938 they gave Sudetenland to to Germany. Germany and allies occupied the rest in 1939.
