The actually agreed on part of the deal is OK:

• Ceasefire
• Israeli military will pull back within Gaza
• Hamas will release hostages kidnapped 07-OCT-2023
• Israel will release some palestinians in Israelean prisons
• Much needed supplies will be brougth into Gaza

But there does not seem to be agreement on what happens next. There exist a proposal. But I find it difficult to see Hamas both formally and de facto going away. And if Hamas stays as a power in Gaza, then at some point in time the killings will start again.

So I think the term "ceasefire deal" is way more correct than "peace deal". We got a ceasefire but have no guarantee of peace.
