The debate about adding Fluor to drinking water has become political hot in the US.
Opponents consider it a conspiracy against kids. There is very little scientific evidence for that. And it is a scientific problems.
Proponents consider being against fluor in water to being a anti-science conspiracy theorist. There is not much basis for this either. From this BBC article:
In Europe, a 2018 report found that, of 28 EU nations, only Ireland, parts of the UK and Spain currently fluoridate their water supplies. Eleven countries had done so in the past but stopped. Fourteen never started.(Denmark never started, Sweden started but stopped)
I think we have one of those cases where the politicians and Facebook warriors should stay out of the discussion and let the scientists figure out what makes sense.
