Europe got the money (GDP is 10 times Russia). The politicians are willing to spend the money on defense. European and american companies are ready to produce the weapons.
Europe got the people (population is 3 times Russia).
If Ukraine can hold up, then Europe will get 3-5 years to rebuild mililtaries after decades of neglect.
But all this does not matter if the people are not willing to fight for freedom. The message here is clear - young europeans would rather live in a Russian vasal country than go to war.
In western Europe. In eastern Europe there is more resistance - they remember how it was to be under USSR and they do not want to repeat.
