200 million shares would be worth 120 B$ today, but at the target evaluation they would be worth 1.2 T$. So another trillion dollar compensation package.
But an obvious media stunt in my opinion.
It would be difficult but not impossible to reach the target market cap of 7.5 T$.
But it is totally impossible to get 1 million people living on Mars in Elon Musk's lifetime.
