A few comments.
Despite the title then there is not little Spring Boot specific in the article. The only Spring Boot specific is how to configure the embedded Tomdat to use virtual threads.
It is pretty detailed. I like it.
BTW, 800000 requests per minute for something hitting a database is pretty good!
And virtual threads is a brilliant concept.
