The claims seems to be that everybody use either VS Code or a JetBrains IDE - except C# developers that use VS and Swift developers that use XCode.
I think it is an oversimplification. There are still a lot of developers using Eclipse (including me!!). And there are other lightweight editors like NPP, Sublime, TextMate, JEdit etc.. And there are the traditional ones: Emacs and vi(m).
