It is yet another case of small open source companies turning away from open source to try and make more money.
That idea often fails. And in this case I consider failure almost certain. I don't see this product succeed against the open source products. Products like OpenShift and Tanzu with backing from huge companies are struggling to compete. A product like this from a tiny company is doomed. IMHO.
