I think this is total BS.
All companies try to create products users like.
Now two companies have to pay for creating products that some users really like????
So someone can sue BMW because it is so addictive to drive their cars and sue Florida because it is so addictive to take vacations on their beaches. And so on.
Or maybe use a little common sense.
